Company claims (not independently verified here): SpaceXAI says Grok Voice handles millions of conversations a day in Tesla vehicles, powers Grok Bot’s voice mode, and answers about 20,000 Starlink customer-support calls daily across multiple languages, with roughly 70% resolved with no human in the loop and one in four sales calls ending in a purchase. It also quotes ServiceNow’s EVA-Bench at 74% accuracy for Grok Voice 3.0 — that score is attributed to ServiceNow in the company post, not re-checked here against ServiceNow’s own pages.
